Its an informational message that explains that if you remove a (unshared) course from a company all users in that course will be unenrolled for them course.  The list of courses will display (existing enrolments) if the course has students in it. 

If its not a shared course you need to click on this.

Its just there to stop a user accidentally removing a course and all the users from it.
